How is Intelligence different from Pro?
Intelligence (49 CHF/mo) is for individual users — dashboard, alerts, lookups, 1 seat, Personal license.
Pro (149 CHF/mo) adds full REST API access (100K calls/month, 60/min), 3 seats, full historical address data, and Business license for embedding our data in commercial products or public-facing bots.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel via the Telegram Premium Bot or by email. Your access continues until the end of the current paid period; no further charges. The Trial never auto-converts — no payment unless you actively subscribe.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a pro-rata refund within the first 14 days of a new paid subscription. After 14 days, the current period is non-refundable but you can cancel for the next period. The 30-day free trial means you fully evaluate before paying. Full refund policy →
What is the Business License (Pro tier)?
The Business license lets you embed our data in commercial SaaS products, power public-facing bots (>1,000 members), and use our API in monetised services. How many seats does each tier include?
Free, Trial, Intelligence, and Academic include 1 seat each. Pro includes 3 seats. Enterprise is unlimited. Each seat is bound to a unique authenticated user (Telegram-ID, Google-OAuth, or Email). Sharing credentials across humans violates our Terms.
How do I qualify for the Academic tier?
Sign up with an email on a verified academic domain (.edu, .edu.*, .ac.*, .uni-*, recognised university domains). Approval is automatic. Use must be for research, teaching, or journalism — not commercial trading. Citation required when our data appears in publications. Renewable annually. Full eligibility rules →
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime; changes are pro-rata billed or credited based on the remaining billing cycle. Plan changes happen via the Telegram Premium Bot or your account dashboard.

What languages are supported?
All public surfaces — homepage, dashboard, daily brief, help, alerts, glossary — are available in English, German, and Spanish. Telegram alert channels exist per language. Pricing & Terms are now also available in EN/DE/ES.
What is the Open Trading Ledger?
A SHA256-hashed CSV of every closed trade from our Kraken trading bot, published weekly at /ledger/. Bot results are mixed (71% win rate but −274% cumulative) — we publish unedited as a transparency anchor. The ledger is independent of paid tiers; everyone sees the same data.
